Cancellations made before accessing the course content will be eligible for a full refund.
The request must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
Once course materials are accessed (partially or fully), no cancellations will be accepted, and the course fee will not be refunded.
Students may request to reschedule their enrollment to a future session of the same course within 30 days of purchase, subject to availability. Rescheduling is allowed only once and incurs no additional fee.
Refunds are available only under the following circumstances:
Technical issues on our platform that prevent access to the course and remain unresolved within 7 days.
If the course is canceled by Headway International due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds are not provided for the following:
Change of mind after accessing the course.
Failure to complete the course within the provided timeframe.
Incomplete understanding of the course content due to lack of effort.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@headwayinternational.com with proof of purchase and a detailed explanation.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
